1. Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable registration fee or first instalment is received.
• Course fees, batch schedules, and instalment plans are as communicated at the time of enrollment and may vary by course.
• Fees paid are for access to training content, live sessions, and placement support as described for the course.

2. Batches & Attendance

• We reserve the right to reschedule a batch, change trainers, or move a session online due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Regular attendance is expected for placement assistance eligibility.

3. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance includes resume support, mock interviews, and referrals to our hiring partner network. It is assistance, not a guarantee of a job offer — outcomes depend on the learner's performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.

4. Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with trainers and peers. We reserve the right to suspend access for learners who violate this code of conduct or misuse shared course material.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials, recordings, and content are for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission from Getin Technologies.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment or use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
